Chipotle Mushroom Au Gratin
A perfect creamy, earthy, slightly spicy side dish that pairs well with BBQ steaks or grilled chicken or on top of pork chops.

Serves: 3 cups
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms (button or portabello)
- 3 TBSP butter
- ½ cup Chipotle wine
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ TBSP onion powder
- sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
- Melt butter and add mushrooms and saute until they begin to brown. Add wine and continue to saute until wine is half absorbed and reduced. Add sour cream and onion powder and continue cooking on low. Cook until thickened and serve as a side for steak or chicken or pork.
